Sorry that it's been a while since I've posted here.  The last few months have been very busy with multiple trips to Rome, the USCCB Fall Meetings and lots of great things going on in the Diocese!  We've got some plans for my web site that I think you'll enjoy.

Today in Tyler, I joined the St. Gregory Cathedral School community in celebrating their U.S. Department of Education National Blue Ribbon Award.  Incredibly, this is the THIRD time St. Gregory has won this award - something that less than 1% of schools in the country have accomplished!  Congratulations to principal Kathy Shields Harry and all those who made it possible for St. Gregory to be recognized again for their exemplary high performance.

We are so blessed with wonderful Catholic schools in the Diocese of Tyler. Let us continue to support them with our prayers, our gifts and our talents.
