I had a good run this afternoon. I ran at Faulkner Park on the bike trail. I always enjoy the woods after a heavy rain like yesterday, everything is peaceful and quiet.

By the way, I wanted to apologize for typos on these posts. I've written several of them on my iPhone and sometimes I hit the wrong letter. iPhone has a great autofill feature but sometimes it assumes I've transitioned to a different language!!!!!

I hope you got some exercise today!!!!!

Our grade school, St Gregory Catholic Elementary, is participating in the national Walk to School event on Wednesday this week. I plan to walk/run with the group......it should be interesting. God bless.
