Well friends I suppose I've entered the "blogosphere." Is that a place where you breath "blogxogen"?

I hope this Blog will be a companion to my little RunFatherRun.com effort.

My plan is to give you a few tidbits now and then about how my running is going. The sites I see etc. etc.

Had a good run today after a stressful day of phone calls, meetings etc. etc. The running seems to feel especially good after a rough day. Did you exercise today? Make sure you start tomorrow if you didn't.


Joseph Strickland

Bishop Joseph E. Strickland was named the fourth bishop of Tyler in September of 2012 by Pope Benedict XVI. Prior to being named bishop, he served a number of roles in the diocese, including vicar general, judicial vicar, and pastor of the Cathedral parish. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1985.
